Cancellation Policy

At The Wooden Mart, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. You can cancel your Pre Paid order, before the product(s) has been shipped. In case the order is shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. 

NOTE:  We do not provide cancellation of cash on delivery orders. Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing order. If you wish to cancel prepaid order please write us on thewoodenmart749@gmail.com. If the order is not shipped, our team will review the cancellation request and proceed with the same.
