How Do we deliver?
Our products are delivered via top courier services like FedEx, Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBee, etc and we try to ship by the fastest means of delivery available, depending on your location. We ensure that all the goods are packed properly in a hygienic and damage-proof manner.
We, at The Wooden Mart do not levy any additional/hidden costs or taxes upon you. All our prices are inclusive of GST & Shipping, and the price which is mentioned at checkout will be the final amount you need to pay us.

Order-Splitting:
Sometimes we may not be in a position to deliver an order to a particular location due to the nature of the product, its availability or due to the service limitations of our courier and logistic partners. In such cases, you may receive the items (of a single order) at different points of time or through different courier partners. The status of all items within an order can be tracked online.
Order Payments:
You can make payments on our website through RazorPay Payment Gateway ( via net banking, Credit/debit card, Paytm, Google Pay and other wallet/UPI payments and cash on delivery). We also accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method for Indian Customers. In case of COD Order, you have to pay atleast delivery charges. these charges will be calculated according to your order.
Time Span for Deliveries:
We dispatch most orders within 48 Hours of receiving the order. The shipping companies takes approximately about 5-7 days from the date of dispatch for deliveries, depending on your location.
